About ASEVI
ASEVI is a global organization dedicated to save lives through our work in training and education and knowledge of road safety. Starting as the Association for Road Safety Auditors in Spain in 2009. By 2019 together with SoRSA of the UK and FASR of Portugal we created the standard for Auditors Certification. In 2024 we worked with IRF to create a global registry to facilitate the access and accreditation of auditors. We aim to continue expand this expertise in Road Safety Audits training and delivery worldwide to help save lives.
Since 2020 we have been providing technical assistance to help in project implementation and by 2025 we expanded our footprint founding a US based non-profit entity to provide more needed capacity development, technical assistance and help in the mobilization of public and private financing not only for road safety but for transport, mobility and to help the global south access more investments to advance better public services.
ASEVI is both, an Association registered under Spanish Law and an Non-profit Organization under US law registered in the State of Florida.
“This training provides a complete study of the roads infrastructure and how to make it a safe place, understanding the different hazards from the vision of all the road users. Highlighting the impact of the accidents in the roads for the economy of the countries and the entire society.
As a professional of civil engineering, this training is a must to change your view and open your eyes to become a better professional when we design built or manage the roads. .”

PPP Road Safety Upgrades
Working with the World Health Organization, WHO, and a Toll Road Concessionaire we proposed to United Nations Road Safety Fund, UNRSF to engage the ministries of transport, finance, health, social protections and PPP authorities to assess the socio-economic impact of road accidents in Honduras. This proposal won global second place at the 2024 UNRSF call for proposals aiming to saving millions to the Honduran economy by investing in Safer Roads.
